2015 NATIONAL BUDGET: Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero, Chair of the Senate Finance Committee, delivers his sponsorship speech on the 2015 national budget during plenary session, Tuesday afternoon. Escudero said he would make major changes in the P2.606- trillion national budget for 2015, when the Senate starts plenary debates on the national expenditure program.
