FEEDING PROGRAM: Senator Cynthia A. Villar and Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala lead the feeding program among residents in Mercedez, Samar during a visit in the area. Aside from checking on the conditions of residents in communities badly hit by super typhoon Yolanda, Villar has also been monitoring the agricultural rehabilitation projects in areas devasted by the said typhoon. The senator, chairperson of the Senate Agriculture and Food Committee, has been known for advocating the rights and welfare of our countrymen in the agricultural sector.
