DRILON WITH LSPU GRADUATES: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon joins the recent graduates of the Laguna State Polytechnic University, during the LSPU Commencement Exercises at the LSPU Sta. Cruz Campus on Monday, April 7. Drilon who was the guest of honor, also delivered the commencement address for the occasion, where he offered advice to the new graduates regarding their future: "In the face of daunting challenges and difficult personal and professional storms, do not easily surrender your dreams.
