IN THE FACE OF NEW CHALLENGES: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon delivers his commencement address to the new graduates of the Laguna State Polytechnic University, during the LSPU Commencement Exercises at the LSPU Sta. Cruz Campus on Monday, April 7. Drilon, who was the guest of honor for the event, advised the students that personal character is key to success and a morally-upright life:"Live a dignified life and work on your character.
