WHO IS JOSE PIDAL?: At the Senate Blue Ribbon hearing Thursday on the Philippine National Police (PNP) chopper scandal, Sen. Sergio Osmeña III presented a check from the BPI Family Bank which bears the signature of Jose Pidal. He then asked Rowena del Rosario, Rep. Iggy Arroyo’s bookkeeper, to verify the signature.
