ATI-ATIHAN SA AKLAN: Sen. Manny Villar joins the different tribes of Kalibo, Aklan in a colorful parade during the 797th Kalibo Ati-atihan Festival, a feast in honor of Señor Sto. Niño de Kalibo. The festival, which was joined by thousands of devotees and merrymakers in colorful costumes, has attracted foreign and local tourists.
